From family celebrations to corporate dinners and parties, our popular Garden Marquee can accommodate up to 200 guests and in the main house the Cotswold Room can accommodate up to 60 guests. We have many different packages available to help you plan your event.

We offer day delegate and residential packages that can be tailored to your individual requirements. The Severn and Malvern rooms are dedicated meeting and training spaces and are located on the lower ground floor with direct access to the rear garden away from any distractions.

We can offer you and your guest’s independent function, conference, learning and meeting space adapted to suit many different types of events, combining great space with local culinary skills.

The Severn Room

The Severn Room at Hatton Court Hotel is a versatile meeting and conference room near Gloucester, ideal for board meetings, training sessions, presentations and smaller corporate events. The Cotswold Room at Hatton Court Hotel is a spacious and flexible meeting and event space near Gloucester, suitable for conferences, training days, presentations, private dining and corporate events. Accommodating up to 60 delegates theatre style or for a drinks reception, with capacity for 30 guests boardroom, U-shape or classroom style, the room can be configured around the needs of your event. Natural daylight, a dual-aspect setting and direct access to the outdoors create a bright and comfortable environment, while multiple power and telephone sockets provide practical support for business meetings and presentations.
