At Hatton Court Hotel, we are committed to making our hotel as welcoming and accessible as possible for every guest, including those with disabilities or additional access requirements.

As a beautiful country house set within the Gloucestershire countryside, Hatton Court combines historic character with modern comfort. While we have made improvements to accessibility wherever possible, the nature of the building means there are some limitations that guests should be aware of before visiting.

Please note that some areas of the hotel include steps, changes in level and access routes that may not be suitable for all guests with reduced mobility. We recommend contacting our team before making a reservation so we can discuss your individual requirements and advise on the most suitable accommodation.

Our team will always do everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable, and where appropriate, we are happy to recommend an alternative property within the Hatton Collection that may better meet your accessibility needs.

Getting Around the Hotel

Due to the age and layout of the building, none of the bedrooms are accessible without using stairs, and there is no lift serving all areas of the hotel.
